Patient Access
Do it Online
All patients that have registered with Online Patient Access can now view, book and cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions and change address details from home, work or on the move, wherever you can connect to the internet. This is a 24 hour service can be accessed in your own time day or night.
Please take care of your password – once you have access you also have the responsibility to keep your information safe.
Registration
You need to register with the practice before you can use Patient Access. You will need to bring to the surgery proof of identification then you will then be provided with access codes. Once you have your access codes you can register for your online services.
Data Security
All information that is sent to the surgery via Patient Access is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and the GP surgery are able to see this information.
